| Initially, the sale of our house seemed like it would be a fairly quick, easy sell. We had disclosed to Terri a past water leak and subsequent repair but felt it should not pose a problem. We did indeed get a buyer within the first week of having the house on the market. That was when the problems started. To make a very long painful story short, Terri handled problem after problem for us that none of us ever anticipated, including insurability issues stemming from the $72 water damage claim.
